Sorry for going MIA. I had a busy few weeks wrapping up some collaborations and daughter’s school as well. Since it was my daughter’s first year at this new school, I did not know what to anticipate. There was something going on every single day for the last two weeks and I made sure to attend every single one of it. Amidst that I couldn’t dedicate time to this blog baby of mine. Happy to be back here though….
A coordinate set ( basically a matching top and bottom separates)- one clothing item that I could fill up my closet with. I am officially a co-ordinate-oholic. I own a bunch of matchy-matchy sets in all sorts of styles and prints. Skirts, midi skirts, pants, shorts and everything in between. I love them for their ease of styling. It is like a one piece wonder that can be effortlessly worn as one or split into two distinct clothing items.
I didn’t need another coordinate set in my closet but I still bought the one pictured below. Keep reading to learn why??????
I. The set is printed. You know how much I adore prints. It was like a dreamt set for me.
II. It is a bright color, more like sunshine personified. Summer is for embracing bright colors and I leave no chance of doing it.
III. The top is cropped. Crop tops are hot this year and this one is subtly crop. It shows just enough form we to be comfortable.
IV. What caught my eye was the thigh high slit. The skirt fits TTS, is a great length, looks modest and feels sexy.
V. It is a lightweight linen, perfect for the summer heat.
VI. It pairs well with my ZARA lace up heels. I’ve had those kitten heels for a while now but worn em only a few times. So, when I bought the set I knew right away that the patterned heels would be seeing more light this year.

Fabulous set, I love co-ordinates too! I feel I’m getting better value for money even if I don’t choose to wear them separately. Color is wonderful on you.

This is such a great coordinated set! I love the color and the print and the cropped style top is really cute. Those heels are amazing, too! They are really perfect with this outfit.
