Hello Lovelies!
Sorry for the radio silence here. It has been a crazy past few days with a little bit of this, a little bit of that and a whole lot of things in between. The party season has officially begun for us- with Indian festivals and American holidays overlapping, there is so much to look forward to this time of the year. But don’t you worry- I am not going to go missing again cuz I have so many exciting posts planned for you. It is Diwali this coming Sunday and I have not one, not two but three different festive outfits inspiration coming up here this week. So stay tuned and keep checking back everyday.
Last Friday Kapil and I were invited to celebrate Champagne Day with Champagne France. It was an intimate event with few guests but Champagne abound. We savored a few different types of champagne and I was surprised to learn that Champagne only comes from Champagne France. There is a small region, around 90 kms from Paris, called Champagne and most of the champagne comes from there. Well, next time you are in France, you should plan to visit Champagne if you love your bubbly- I know I will!

Diwali is this weekend and Ribhya and I took up a lantern making project this past Saturday. We made around nine of these lanterns and making them was a breeze. Ribhya enjoyed it a lot and if you are looking to keep your lil ones engaged this festive season, this might be a fun bet.
Halloween is end of this month. Truth be told, in these 13 years of my life in US I’ve never actually dressed up for halloween. But this year I decided to take the plunge and I have an easy halloween look coming up on my Instagram later this week. So if you don’t follow me on Instagram yet, this is the time to hop on the MYRIADMUSINGS Instagram bandwagon.
I have been on a rampant shoe shopping spree. First I bought this one, a little skeptical about the color and heel-height but the fit and comfort took me by total surprise- it was so comfortable despite the stiletto heels that I ended up ordering these ones too. Can’t wait to show you how I styled the former ( purple ones ) and latter when it arrives.
If you all have been following me for a while, you all probably know that I was Gluten-free for a good two years. Agreeably, it was the best two years in terms of health, pain-management and overall appearance. My skin was good and I had more energy. I am considering going back to the GF diet again and would like to get your feedback on that. What say, would you like to join me on this culinary journey?
I have been contemplating the kind of content I share with you all and I really think it’s time for a refresh. With a new year just around the corner, I think a new blog look is much deserved. Please feel free to share ideas, tips and requests on the kind of posts you would like to see here. Recommendations on graphic designers and designs would be highly appreciated.
This is all for today, come back again tomorrow for an Indian outfit inspo…..
