Two trends I just can’t get enough of this season- lace everything and bolder cropped blouses.
I have had a love hate relationship with crop tops, primarily for the reason that I am not comfortable flaunting my belly. It is obviously not the most slimmest part of my body and all those nasty stretch marks from my pregnancy make me even more conscious. As much as I would love to wear crop tops in the summer, my bodily inhibitions always come in the way of me even trying out crop tops in the store. But when I tried this top, I was hooked. The length was just what I would have liked it to be. It hits me mid-waist and hides all my problem areas. The elastic along the hem keeps it from riding up. I have worn it a few times already and I’m sort of loving this trend a little more.
And this lace skirt…. so I just can’t stop raving about it. It is one of those skirts that can be dressed up or dressed down effortlessly. Below I’ve styled it both dressed up with the blazer and dressed down sans the blazer. Which version is your favorite?
