I am a sucker for matching separates, they just simplify dressing up so much. If given a choice I would just live in coordinating separates and be one happy chica. I was on the fence about this polka dot one, but I’m glad I caved in. This is just amazing and below I’m sharing five reasons why you need this set in your closet this very moment.
It has bold polka dots
You know how much this girl loves mixing prints. Not exactly mixing prints here, but the dots on dots just make me happy. Bonus- polka dots never go out of style.
It is an effortless staple
Separates are always so effortless. Wear them as a set or split them to wear as individual pieces- styling options are limitless.
It is comfortable and everything but boring
It fits TTS, for reference I am wearing a size 4 in the blouse and size 6 in the skirt. It is 100% cotton and oh-so-comfortable. The balloon statement sleeves, a huge trend this spring, on the shirt make the set all the more fun and oh, did I mention the skirt has pockets??
It is under $60
The set together is just under sixty bucks- a total; bang for your back. Considering the number of times I’ve already worn this set, my cost-per-wear seems to have already been justified, already!
It pairs well with everything
Being a neutral this set goes with every color and texture, even yellow tulips. One time I paired this set with hot pink sandals and they looked equally stunning. This time I decided to keep it warm and hence those festive velvet pumps.
What do you think of this set? Would you consider it a keeper?

I wouldn't even think these were separates! It looks like a dress and it's beautiful! I do agree that polka dots are seasonless and separates just make dressing so much simpler. Gotta love the versatility!
