Forget Mom jeans, fashion is now reaching new heights with Dad shoes. These ugly-turned-trend shoes are everywhere. From celebs to street-stylistas, everyone is embracing these oversized. thick-soled sneakers. I hear ya girl, I wasn’t a huge fan of these clunky sneakers either, until I tried them on. It definitely wasn’t love at first sight, but I grew over this trend over these past few weeks and now I am hooked. I have worn them with skirts, with jeans, with trousers and pretty much everything in between. I’ve received compliments from so many of my friends and from people on the streets, that my decision of investing on these babies has proven worth.

It's taken me an age to embrace 'dad shoes' – but like you I'm loving them now! I'm not sure neon suits me so that's another slow burner for me – although it totally works with your colour – beautiful xx Maria
