FENNEL COUNTDOWN
Ingredients:
8 Parts Absolut Elyx
1 Part oz Suze
3 Parts Homemade Fennel Cordial*
8 Parts Freshly Squeezed Pink Grapefruit Juice
2 Parts Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
Vessel: Cocktail Coupe

Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin over cubed ice. Shake then strain into a
chilled cocktail coupe and garnish with grapefruit and lemon slices.

* fennel cordial – boil together 1 cup sugar in 1 cup water till it thickens. Add 1 tsp of powdered fennel seeds. Boil a couple more minutes. Strain and your fennel cordial is ready. Use it after it cools down completely.
