We all see it everyday, just leap and sigh, but make no heed to get to what we see. Wondering what I am talking about ?????? I am talking about all those strong, powerful women who we admire everyday and who we aspire to be like everyday.
3) EXERCISE REGULARLY AND STEP UP– it is okay to sometimes put yourself first. Learn to respect yourself. Eat well, keep hydrated, indulge sometimes, get enough sleep. go for a spa day, eat out, coz when you are happy and feeling elated, everything feels your good energy too.
