Happy Tuesday lovelies !
I had always envisioned of wearing this denim jacket as a top aka buttons closed, but that never seemed to have happened, simply coz this jacket, that I’ve had for 3 years now, was rather on the smaller side. I had bought it post-pregnancy, in my pre-pregnancy size, with the mindset of fitting in them anytime soon.
But I guess, the cut of this jacket was slightly smaller than my pre-pregnancy size and result, this jacket had to gather dust in my closet for a good 2 years, until today. However many times I wore these, twice to be precise, it was front open.
But today it is a different story, all the buttons are hanging in their closures, comfortably and without a struggle to stay in place. There is no gaping, no pulling and no fat-showing situation which could either mean the jacket has grown up a few sizes in these 2 years or someone is reaping the benefits of a dedicated workout …..what do you think????
I’M WEARING:
denim jacket- DKNY, from Old Navy
midi skirt- Express, on my wishlist, option with a laser-cut bottom
scarf- Etro, in a paisley pattern, a warmer option
pumps- Shoedazzle, a Steve Madden option
bag- Kate Spade, very similar
Congratulations to Jenna from Sincerely Jenna Marie, she is the featured blogger of the week. The fall color vibe going on in her outfit is a must try for the coming season and that bucket bag is everything.
Now it is your turn to show your jacket story, if any .
Have a great day and thanks for stopping by.
XO
