It’s so funny, that each time I wear this jeans, Ribhya never forgets to comment ” DADDY LOOK , MOMMY IS WEARING TORN JEANS. ” From the day she has been putting words together in sentences, she has been mocking these jeans. Even Husband loses no chance of making fun of these poor ( ironically- tattered in style) jeans. Both daddy-daughter duo team up against me and laugh till they drop. It doesn’t bother me at all, I take all the humor light-heartedly and join in, in the mockery.
Whatsoever, I continue wearing them without giving any hoot to the ridicules…..HUH !!!!
Okay, now enough of the jeans grieving, lets shift gears. This was the outfit I wore last weekend to the kite festival. While deciding what to wear, all I had on my mind was the “feels like 60 F” weather forecast on my phone. Considering the day would warm up, I chose to wear my gap boyfriend shirt with a lightweight jacket and for the standout – my shimmer loafers. I wanted to look casual yet stylish. Normally, I tend to gravitate more towards feminine styles, so this was certainly a deviation. I love the casualness about this look and feel encouraged to wear more casual pieces in future. What do you think of my casual style ????
My Easter inspired manicure- the green strokes depicts the Easter grass and the colored dots are for the Easter eggs.
I wore my red Forever 21 jacket towards dusk when the weather cooled down a bit. I had to share this one coz I love how Ribhya made friends with the boy and they held hands and walked along . Here Ribhya is reaching out to hold his hands and the boy is shying away….LOL !!!

very cute casual! I was definitely someone who mocked ripped jeans, but they eventually won me over.
