A simple salad recipe
Every morning I step into the kitchen , sometimes with nothing and sometimes with mind-numbing breakfast ideas like boiled eggs and toast, cereals or a fruit . But this morning the moment I looked at the eggs in my refrigerator I knew right away that those last 3 eggs were going into a Salad.
I did a quick run through my pantry and felt extremely elated at having found all the ingredients for the yummylicious egg salad.
It’s a very simple , no-brainer salad to make. You would need the following for a double serving.
Hard boiled eggs -3 ( each halved and then 6-8 smaller pieces)
Celery stick -1 ( chopped )
Apple chopped -2 tbsp
Onion chopped -2 tbsp
Mayonnaise. – 3-4 big tbsps

Cilantro chopped. – 2 tsp
Dash of hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
This is my measurement but you could certainly vary it to your liking.
Mix all the condiments, apples , celery and the eggs at the end. Crunchy Salad ready. Now serve with your choice of bread either on the side or sandwiched.
Easy Peasy breakfast ready in no time.
