Shorts have always been stereotypical of everyday casual clothing, but I personally feel there is so much sartorial potential in this tiny-inseam clothing. Not only can you take a pair of shorts from day to night, but also effortlessly step up your daytime-chic game.

WEAR A BODYSUIT- if you remember this recent post where I decoded bodysuits, you would know by now that this girl is all about one this summer. It instantly slims and polishes the overall appearance. Pair it with your shorts and it will take away the hassle of tucking the untucking shirt/blouse.
ADD A VEST– A vest is so underrated. Believe it or not, this sleeveless jacket is sartorially competent of taking any look from OKAY to SUPER CHIC. If ever you feel that something is missing in any look, add a vest for that instant pizazz.
ROCK A KILLER PAIR OF HEELS– helloooo outfit-maker….!!! This one definitely needs no elaboration: you just need to wear one !
TAKE TIME TO DO YOUR HAIR AND MAKEUP– I am not the only one to admit that- as a mom/home-maker/property manager/blogger, hair and makeup is the last thing my mind when getting ready. But on a good day, when I am able to squeeze in that extra ten minutes in my makeup routine, I feel over zealous. When my hair looks good and my makeup is on point, I feel empowered. So an occasional self-pampering is much deserving.
