Happy Tuesday lovelies!
May happens to be my favorite month of the year. Everything right from the weather which is just the balanced mix of warm n cool, to the holidays including Mother’s Day and Memorial Day, makes this month the best time of the year.
This skirt, totally out of my style quotient, was my last and final score from the late piperlime boutique. As I was on fence about this one, it kept going back and forth between ” being saved to my shopping cart and being deleted from my shopping cart.” But towards the final days of the stores’ closing, I couldn’t resist those luring discounts, and pulled the trigger on it. I am glad I waited for almost a month before bringing this fiesta skirt home, coz for a price under $30, the waiting period was justified.
The skirt is one of those spring-lightweight closet must-have that can be dressed up, as I have done today with an open-bow-back blouse and nude heels, and donned with a casual chambray top for a more laid-back look. The subtle floral print makes it more wearable, despite those ruffled layers. Saying that I am loving it would be an understatement and I look forward to wearing it again……….soon!
blouse- ZARA ( button front )
clutch- Banana Republic Factory (similar )
