Talking about digital retargeting, sometimes I wonder whether it’s just me or has every other person been victimized by this culprit???
While cyber world is flourishing and people now look at it as a technology boon, we forget that cyber stalking, identity theft, credit hacks, retarget marketing to name a few, are some of the accompanying threats that nobody puts a disclosure for.So while we are marveling at the wonders of technology, there are some I-spy kind of people who are stalking all your activities like what you buy, how often you buy, how much you spend in one go, what item/items are you watching for, so on and so forth. Tell me one time when have you googled a product and then not seen the same product popping up on all the electronics being used around the house- well, this is ReTargeting…

Whatsoever, coming on to the nitty-gritty of today’s post, retargeting considered unethical otherwise, kind of paid-off well in my case. I had my mind and my soul hooked on these MSGM plaid pants ever since I spotted it in late spring of 2020. I went back and forth on pulling the trigger on this one, then priced at $410. But something always barred me from doing so. I tried to make piece with myself but thanks to the cache and cookies, these pants kept popping up on my screen, and forgetting it became almost impossible. I would resist but sometimes give up to the temptation of a price check……at least! But no luck.
With zero luck but firm intentions, when this popped up again on almost all my pages a few months ago, I decided to give it a try one last time. And guess what ????? This time the pants were marked down to $140. Honestly, I did not know how to react. I had mixed feelings- I was excited about the current price but also skeptical about the trend lag. But who would say no a whopping price drop of $270?? So irrespective of all my inhibitions, I bought the pants and trust me I couldn’t have been any happier. I love everything about it- the cut, the fabric, the fall, the length and above all the price that I paid for it. So every minute of my alas-kind-of-moment finally paid off and it feels worth it!
Holidays is the time when you can wear red plaid without being pointed at or trolled. Every article you read on the net would mostly be centered around ‘not looking like a table cloth when wearing plaid’. Honestly, plaid is the easiest, most wearable, and globally versatile print. From office to parties- it can go from one place to another without much sartorial hassle.
I have been wearing these plaid pants non-stop on my Instagram, mostly with reds and pinks, blame it on the season, but I can’t wait to show you more outfits featuring these pants.

Thank you so much for the feature! I don’t think I can pull off plaid pants as fabulously as you can, but you’ve at least inspired me to invest in a red plaid top 🙂

Those pants are fabulous! I wouldn’t have been able to resist either. They look amazing with the beautiful red jacket. It’s kind of creepy but also helpful sometimes when the adverts know exactly what you want. Temptation to buy is everywhere!
